Backend Developer

Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Backend Developer with experience in Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

· Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient backend systems and APIs using Node.js and Express.js.

· Develop and optimize MongoDB database schemas, queries, and indexes to support the backend infrastructure.

· Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

· Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms.

· Troubleshoot and resolve performance bottlenecks and other backend-related issues.

· Contribute to team discussions, brainstorming, and feature development in an agile environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

· Proven experience in backend development using Node.js, Express.js, and MongoDB.

· Solid understanding of RESTful APIs.

· Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+), with a deep understanding of asynchronous programming and callbacks.

· Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

· Familiarity with authentication and authorization strategies (OAuth, JWT).

· Understanding database design, optimization, and management with MongoDB.

· Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
