Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office position located in Ahmedabad. The Back Office employee will be responsible for handling day-to-day operations, maintaining databases, processing customer requests, and supporting sales executives. Key tasks include data entry, preparing reports, communicating with customers, assisting in financial tasks, and providing overall administrative support to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back Office Operations and processing data
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Basic understanding of Finance and related administrative tasks
• Experience in supporting Sales and related operations
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Familiarity with computer systems and software applications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
