Back Office Executive

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Admin Office Executive to handle day-to-day administrative and coordination responsibilities. This role will be crucial in supporting our sales, execution, and management teams by ensuring smooth communication, documentation, and operational efficiency. Key Responsibilities:Manage incoming calls, emails, and WhatsApp communications with clients and vendors Schedule site visits and maintain appointment calendars for the team Coordinate between design, sales, and execution departments to ensure follow-ups Maintain and update records of inquiries, leads, quotations, and project files Assist in preparing client documents, invoices, and quotations Monitor daily office operations and basic office supplies Ensure timely follow-ups with clients regarding approvals, payments, and updates Support the CRM and digital tracking systems (Zoho CRM, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.) Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience in an admin or coordinator role (minimum 1–2 years preferred) Strong verbal and written communication skills Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, and basic Excel Ability to multitask, prioritize, and follow up independently Detail-oriented and proactive in problem-solving Basic knowledge of CRM tools (Zoho preferred) is an added advantage Preferred Profile:Female candidates preferred for better client interaction and follow-up tone Background in architecture, interior, or landscaping industry is a plus Fluent in English, Hindi, and Kannada Salary: Based on experience and performanceJoining: Immediate preferred
