The Knot Company aims to help clients make a lasting impression with their corporate gifts. This is a full-time on-site role located in Jaipur for a B2B Sales Officer. The B2B Sales Officer will be responsible for generating leads, managing sales operations, providing exceptional customer service, and handling channel sales. The role requires active communication with potential and existing clients to understand their corporate gifting needs and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements. The ideal candidate for this role should have skills in Lead Generation and Channel Sales, excellent Communication and Customer Service skills, experience in Sales Operations, strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, ability to work independently and meet sales targets. Proficiency in using CRM software is a plus. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is required. A minimum of 2 to 5 years of experience in B2B Field Sales is preferred.
