Job Title:

Automation Test Engineer – UI & API TestingPrimary skills : JAVA, selenium, rest assured, postman, UI automation, API Automation Testing

Experience:

3 to 8 Years

Immediate Joiners PreferredWe are looking for a skilled

Automation Test Engineer

with hands-on experience in

UI automation using Java with Selenium

and

API automation using Rest Assured

. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in developing and executing automated test scripts within any framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain automation test scripts for UI and API testing.
  • Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify test requirements and create automation strategies.
  • Execute automated test suites and analyze results to identify defects.
  • Enhance existing frameworks or implement new ones to support automation needs.
  • Participate in code reviews and contribute to continuous testing improvements.

Required Skills

  • Strong hands-on experience with Java + Selenium for UI automation.
  • Proficient in API test automation using Rest Assured.
  • Experience with any automation frameworks (TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, etc.).
  • Good understanding of SDLC, STLC, and Agile methodologies.
  • Strong debugging, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Good To Have

  • Experience with CI/CD tools (like Jenkins, Git, Maven).
  • Knowledge of testing tools like Postman, SOAP UI is a plus.
