Asst Manager - Operations

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage backend operations for Ecommerce order processing and to ensure seamless workflow and efficiency.
• Maintain high standards of customer support, addressing queries and resolving issues promptly.
• Coordinate effectively with clients to ensure alignment and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and improve operational outcomes.
• Monitor and analyse key operational metrics using Excel and other analytical tools.
• Ensure accurate record-keeping and financial oversight, working closely with the accounts team. Knowledge of Tally is an added advantage

Qualifications and Skills:

• Strong understanding of e-commerce order processing operations management, accounts, and CRM tools.
• Good understanding of Accounting and Tally.,
• Proficiency in Excel and Analytics for data tracking and insights.
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organised.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Operations: 3 years (Required)
