Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate - Sales Support to join our team in Chennai. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 6 years of experience in sales support, customer service, or a related field.
Roles and Responsibility
  • Provide prompt and efficient customer support to emerging business clients via phone, email, and other communication channels.
  • Address customer inquiries related to products, services, account information, and transactions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer issues or complaints in a timely and satisfactory manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the customer service database.
  • Ensure all customer interactions and processes adhere to regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Stay informed about company products, services, and offerings to provide accurate information to customers.
  • Educate customers on how to use company services effectively and efficiently.
  • Gather customer feedback and insights to identify areas for service improvement and collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide comprehensive solutions.
  • Strive to maintain high service quality standards and exceed customer expectations.
  • Prepare reports and documentation as required by the Customer Service Manager.
  • Identify opportunities to cross-sell or upsell company products and services to customers.
  • Escalate complex customer issues to higher levels of support as needed.
  • Maintain a positive and engaging attitude while interacting with customers.

  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities.
