Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Associate Manager-Acquisition (Household) to join our Retail Banking team at our Nashik branch. The primary responsibility of this role is to acquire new customers and deepen relationships with existing customers by promoting our range of retail banking products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify potential customers and generate leads through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and networking
  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations to showcase our products and services and convert leads into customers
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their financial needs and provide suitable solutions
  • Achieve individual and team sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the branch
  • Stay updated with market trends and competition to identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory and internal policies and procedures

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking or financial services industry
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Knowledge of retail banking products and services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
