Key Responsibilities

• Actively acquire new customers for the bank through various channels such as referrals, cold calling, and door-to-door sales
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and retention
• Understand the financial needs of customers and recommend appropriate banking products and services
• Achieve and exceed sales targets set by the bank
• Continuously update knowledge on banking products, services, and industry trends to effectively promote and sell to customers
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
• Adhere to all bank policies and procedures, as well as regulatory requirements
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and relationship management in the banking industry
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of local market and competition is a plus
