Associate Director of Sales

As an Associate Director in the Institutional Sales department of an Ed-Tech company specializing in Assessment Sales, you will be responsible for strategically implementing new high-efficiency methods to enhance overall sales performance and quality. Your leadership will play a crucial role in guiding sales teams across different states to acquire higher education institutes by developing and executing high-quality strategic plans. Your key responsibilities will include prospecting for potential new clients, converting leads into business opportunities, and maintaining a robust pipeline through effective cold calling and networking within your market or geographic area. You will be expected to identify decision-makers within client organizations, arrange meetings between them and company leaders, and collaborate with your team to create tailored proposals that address client needs and objectives. In addition, you will be responsible for pricing solutions/services, managing client objections, presenting new products/services, and nurturing existing client relationships to ensure high levels of client retention. Your role will also involve working closely with internal colleagues to meet customer requirements, participating in client debriefs, overseeing service delivery, handling institute escalations, and driving new initiatives to achieve organizational success. Furthermore, you will be managing a team while also actively engaging in individual outbound calls to mid/senior-level B2B clients both domestically and internationally.
