Job Overview:

As a Associate Consultant (QMS), you will work with a diverse range of clients to deliver high-impact training, consulting, and implementation services. Your expertise will help clients adopt and execute best-in-class Quality Management Systems and methodologies. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional in QMS with in-depth knowledge of IATF 16949, and other related standards, capable of leading onsite training and supporting clients through certification processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver hands-on consulting sessions for clients on various Quality and Management Systems, ensuring effective implementation and understanding.
• Understand the Omnex methodologies, focusing on deploying best-in-class systems,
• Support clients through consulting and training to prepare them for certification audits, ensuring compliance with relevant standards.
• Collaborate with clients to implement continuous improvements and ensure adherence to established Quality Management Standards.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in Quality Management Systems and provide insights to clients.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

• IATF 16949:2016

   Understanding
• Understanding of Quality Management Systems, particularly 

  APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC & MSA

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on teamwork and client satisfaction.

Preferred Additional Skills:

• ISO 9001:2015

   certification and experience.
• Familiarity with 

  EMS

  , 

  OHSAS 18001

  , and 

  ISO 50001

  .
• Experience in 

  IATF

   (Automotive Quality Management)

• Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Management, or a related field.
