Role Overview:

We are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in day-to-day retail operations, customer experience, team leadership, and achieving sales goals. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring every customer who walks in feels valued, understood, and confident about their purchase.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in achieving store sales targets and KPIs.
• Lead by example in delivering exceptional in-store customer service and product knowledge.
• Assist in managing store team members — mentoring, motivating, and evaluating performance.
• Ensure smooth day-to-day operations including stock management, display aesthetics, and store hygiene.
• Handle customer escalations with a problem-solving and service-oriented mindset.
• Drive CRM initiatives — follow-ups, appointment scheduling, and relationship building.
• Assist with staff scheduling and training of new hires.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards.
• Report sales figures and insights to management regularly.

Requirements :

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; diploma in Retail Management or related fields is a plus.
• 2–4 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery, luxury, or fashion.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and retail POS systems.
• Customer-centric attitude with a proactive approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Eye for aesthetics and a keen interest in jewellery or fashion.
