Assistant Sales Manager

Job Title: Sales Manager – Solar EPC

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead and grow our solar EPC business. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in B2B/B2C solar sales, client relationship management, and closing turnkey solar project deals. You will play a key role in driving revenue, expanding market reach, and representing the brand in the clean energy space.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for residential, commercial, and industrial solar EPC projects.
• Pitch customized solar solutions to clients based on their energy requirements and ROI analysis.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and technical-commercial offers.
• Manage and nurture relationships with clients, consultants, and channel partners.
• Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure accurate system sizing and cost estimation.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall revenue growth.
• Stay updated with industry trends, policy changes, and competitor activities.
• Represent the company at exhibitions, events, and client meetings.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
• 3–5 years of proven experience in solar EPC or renewable energy sales.
• Strong understanding of solar PV systems, EPC execution processes, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and lead a sales team if required.
• Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic understanding of solar design software (preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
