Assistant Sales Manager

The Assistant Sales Manager supports the sales team in achieving revenue targets by managing client relationships, supervising sales executives, developing new business, and helping execute sales strategies. This role involves both managing people and driving direct sales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Sales Manager in planning and implementing sales strategies to meet targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and cold calling.
• Handle key accounts and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Guide, motivate, and monitor the sales team to achieve individual and team targets.
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis for management review.
• Help organize promotional events, exhibitions, and campaigns to boost brand presence and sales.
• Ensure smooth execution of the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Address client queries and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments.
