Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Sales Manager located in Solan, Himachal Pradesh, India. The Assistant Sales Manager will be responsible for cultivating client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and developing strategies to drive sales growth. Daily tasks include coordinating with the sales team, conducting market research, generating reports, and supporting marketing efforts. The role also involves negotiating contracts, understanding customer requirements, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong Sales and Client Relationship Management skills
• Experience in Market Research and Sales Strategy Development
• Proficiency in Contract Negotiation and Customer Requirement Analysis
• Ability to generate Sales Reports and support Marketing efforts
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in the water solutions industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
