We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven professional to manage front-line sales of Retirement and Pension solutions. The role involves direct engagement with corporate employees, retail clients, and individual customers, with a focus on driving business growth and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of Retirement and Pension products to corporate, retail, and individual clients.
• Provide financial consulting and advisory services tailored to client needs.
• Build and maintain strategic partnerships and alliances to expand market reach.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed business targets.
• Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support business development initiatives.
• Maintain strong stakeholder relationships and ensure high client satisfaction.
• Stay updated on product offerings and industry developments.

Desired Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 2 years of sales experience in insurance or BFSI sector.
• Proven track record of consistently achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• In-depth product knowledge and market awareness.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Educational Qualification:

• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
