Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Quality Assurance Manager based in Gurugram. The Assistant Quality Assurance Manager will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of quality assurance policies and procedures, monitoring compliance, and working with various teams to ensure product and service excellence. Day-to-day tasks include conducting audits, analyzing quality performance metrics, providing recommendations for improvement, and supporting the Quality Assurance Manager in various tasks and projects.

Qualifications

Experience in quality assurance, audits, and compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
Familiarity with quality assurance tools and methodologies
Previous experience in the technology or services industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required
