About the Role

We are looking for an experienced sourcing professional to join our team at Moglix. In this role, you will help scale sourcing operations, manage vendor relationships, and drive efficiencies across categories. Ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a process-oriented mindset, and the ability to work cross-functionally.

Responsibilities

  • Lead sourcing and procurement across multiple categories
  • Collaborate with catalog, finance, and supply chain teams
  • Onboard and manage vendor partners via tech platforms
  • Monitor supplier performance and ensure process compliance
  • Analyze sourcing KPIs and contribute to strategic decisions
  • Support standardization of products, pricing, and processes

Requirements

✔️ 3–7 years in B2B sourcing/procurement (MRO experience preferred)

✔️ Experience in vendor/supplier management

✔️ Strong data analysis and stakeholder coordination skills

✔️ Graduate in Engineering (B.Tech); MBA preferred

✔️ Prior experience in a high-growth or startup environment is a plus
