• Customer site travel and provide on-site support for installation, validation and commissioning of Vertical & Horizontal packaging machines for applications like Snacks, Powder food, Detergent powder, Biscuits and cookies, Noodles.
• Test of automated systems for efficiency, safety and reliability.
• Travelling to client’s location to solve software, mechanical and electrical related issues.
• Perform hands on on-site troubleshooting, service and repairs
• Provide on-site training to the customer
• Interface with cross-functional work teams such as Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Support.
• Share suggestions with technical team, continual improvement in the field of commissioning and drive for implementation.
• Develop service technical reports for improvement in future projects
• Timely and professionally handle field service calls and issues arising from the field service visits
• Support in Plant FAT for projects and successfully complete SAT for the same projects
• Provide feedback on site improvements to Engineering for future issue prevention and resolution

Degree/Diploma in Electrical / Mechatronics having 5 - 10 years’ experience in servicing Vertical & Horizontal Packaging machines.

• Good communication skills.
• Good customer training skills in terms of both theoretical and Practical.
• Quick issue analysis, resolution & reporting.
• Positive response to the customer to address all required needs on machines.

Site knowledge sharing with CFT teammates and drive for implementation.
