Assistant Manager Finance

Revenue Management & Reporting

• Finalize monthly revenue and annual revenue at the company level within the designated timeline.
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of revenue recognition by verifying all inputs.
• Reconcile revenue figures with financial books and post necessary adjustments.
• Monitor and update unbilled revenue data weekly, coordinate with Sales and BU Heads for resolution.
• Review new projects monthly on internal tools; flag non-revenue generating projects for corrective action.
• Finalize the sales team’s quarterly variable pay calculations based on revenue targets and performance.

P&L and Financial Analysis

• Prepare and distribute monthly Profit & Loss statements at project and BU levels.
• Conduct detailed discussions with relevant stakeholders to analyze variances and issues.
• Perform variance analysis of Actual vs. Annual Operating Plan (AOP) to monitor revenue trends.

• Contract & Project Governance

• Review service contracts from a financial standpoint.
• Assist in compiling and reviewing the monthly services Open Order Book.
• Support internal & external audit & compliance checks related to service projects and revenue governance.

Preferred Attributes:

• Experience in service industry in revenue reporting.
• Exposure to handle audit related queries
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
