📢 We’re Hiring: Assistant Manager – E-commerce (Domestic & International)

📍 Location: Mumbai | On-Site | Full-Time

Are you passionate about driving e-commerce growth across domestic and global platforms? We are looking for a detail-oriented and dynamic Assistant Manager – E-commerce to lead marketplace operations and drive revenue across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, Nykaa, Noon, and Amazon Global.

🛒 Key Responsibilities:

🔹 Marketplace Operations:

Manage listings, pricing, and promotions across leading domestic & international e-commerce platforms.

Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for product uploads, issue resolution, and seamless onboarding.

🔹 Sales Growth & Strategy:

Achieve revenue targets and improve conversion rates through data-driven strategies.

Implement and measure promotional campaigns tailored to various markets.

🔹 Inventory & Fulfillment:

Ensure stock availability, dispatch accuracy, and manage cross-border logistics and returns.

Collaborate with warehouse and supply chain for smooth operations.

🔹 Marketing & Merchandising:

Partner with the digital marketing team on Amazon/Flipkart ads.

Maintain high-quality content and visuals for enhanced customer experience.

Monitor reviews and continuously improve listings.

🔹 Analytics & Reporting:

Track KPIs such as GMV, AOV, conversion rate, and return rate.

Share insights and performance reports with management for strategic planning.

🎓 Qualifications

Bachelor's/Master’s in Business, Marketing, or related field

3–5 years of e-commerce experience (domestic and/or cross-border)

Proficient with tools like Amazon Seller Central, Flipkart Seller Hub, Shopify, ChannelAdvisor

Strong in MS Excel, analytics, and dashboarding tools

Preferred:

Knowledge of cross-border regulations and logistics

Hands-on with digital ads (AMS, Sponsored Ads, etc.)

Experience with global marketplaces like Noon & Amazon Global
