Job Overview

The Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Assistant Manager will be responsible for managing complete hiring requirements at Agrim. The person will work closely with senior leadership, HR, and hiring managers to design and execute effective recruitment strategies for tech and leadership roles. Ability to assess candidates for problem-solving capabilities, technical expertise, and leadership potential will be key to driving the success of this role.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and presenting offers.
  • Utilize various sourcing channels, including job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals, to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Interview and assess candidates for technical expertise and leadership potential, using a combination of technical interviews, problem-solving exercises, and behavioural assessments.
  • Collaborate closely with senior leaders to understand the specific needs of each department, designing tailored recruitment strategies for critical technical and leadership roles.
  • Write compelling and accurate job descriptions, ensuring they are published on the right platforms to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Manage pre-employment checks. Coordinate background checks, reference checks, and ensure all hiring documentation is completed accurately.
  • Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and source of hire etc.

Key Qualification & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration or related field; Masters’ degree preferred
  • 5-7 years of experience in recruitment, specializing in bulk and leadership hiring.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment techniques, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, and selection.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage candidates effectively.
