To learn more about us, you can refer to the following media coverage: Moneycontrol Hindu Business Line YourStory About the role: We are seeking an organized and experienced Admin Manager to oversee and coordinate our office operations and administrative activities. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth and efficient day-to-day operations, manage administrative staff, and provide support to senior management. Key Responsibilities Oversee office operations and ensure the facility is well-maintained and efficient. Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory. Coordinate office maintenance and repairs as needed. Monitor expenses and manage cost controls. Develop and implement administrative systems, policies and procedures. Provide executive support to senior management, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements. Assist in the preparation and management of the office budget. Handle invoicing and track financial transactions related to office operations. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external communication. Coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and travel arrangements. Ensure effective communication channels within the office and with external partners. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Maintain and organize records, documents, and files in accordance with company guidelines and legal standards. Qualifications Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Manager, or similar role. Experience managing a team and coordinating office operations. Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace). Knowledge of office management procedures and basic accounting principles. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. High level of professionalism and a proactive approach to tasks.
