Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Chennai for a Asst Manager of Accounts. The Asst Manager of Accounts will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations, managing budgets, preparing financial reports, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, supervising accounting staff, and coordinating audits. The role also involves developing financial strategies, analyzing financial data, and providing recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications

Proficiency in financial accounting, budgeting, and auditing
Experience in financial reporting and analysis
Knowledge of compliance with accounting standards and regulations
Strong leadership and team management skills
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication and interpersonal skills
3 to 5 years work experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is a plus
Experience in the legal or IP services industry is beneficial
