Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and well-organized Assistant to support day-to-day administrative and operational activities across various departments. The ideal candidate should be proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling multi-tasking in a fast-paced business environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing files, records, and documentation
• Handle data entry, Excel sheets, and email communications
• Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal teams as required
• Follow up on pending tasks and update reporting formats
• Support inventory checks, billing coordination, and courier dispatches
• Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support in basic reporting
• Ensure smooth office operations through timely task completion
• Assist senior team members as needed with daily office tasks

Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Arts preferred)
• 1–3 years of experience in an office assistant or coordinator role
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook)
• Good communication skills in English and Hindi
• Punctual, dependable, and organized at work
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
