Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role for an Assistant located in Kanchipuram. The Assistant will be responsible for tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing files and records, preparing documents, and coordinating with clients and vendors. Additional responsibilities include handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication, as well as assisting with administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in work
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; an Associate's or Bachelor's degree is a plus
