Job Title: Sr. LLM Engineer – Generative AI / Machine Learning (Python, Langchain) Experience: 7–12 Years (with 3–4 years in LLM/GenAI projects) Location: India (Remote) 🚀 About the Role We are hiring Senior LLM Engineers with a strong background in machine learning or software engineering , who have transitioned into the LLM/GenAI space over the past 3–4 years . This is a hands-on engineering role focused on designing, building, and deploying production-ready LLM-based solutions . You'll contribute to architectural decisions, technical roadmaps, and cross-functional collaboration, all while working on some of the most exciting use cases in Generative AI. 🔧 Key Responsibilities Design and develop GenAI/LLM-powered applications using Langchain , RAG pipelines , and prompt engineering techniques . Build agent-based frameworks and integrate with vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, or Weaviate. Collaborate with engineering and cross-functional teams to drive the LLM technical roadmap . Translate business needs into scalable, production-ready AI solutions . Work closely with SMEs and data teams to align AI models with real-world applications. Participate in system design, architecture reviews, and performance optimisation . ✅ Skills Required Expert in Python , Langchain , and SQL . Solid understanding of LLM internals , including prompt tuning , embeddings , vector search , and agent workflows . Background in ML model development or software engineering with system-level thinking. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS , Azure , or GCP . Ability to work independently while actively collaborating across technical and business teams. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills. 💡 Preferred Qualifications 1+ years of hands-on experience in LLMs and GenAI . Experience in end-to-end AI/ML pipeline development and product deployments . Familiarity with MLOps practices and scalable AI deployment strategies. Prior exposure to client-facing roles or cross-functional AI delivery teams .
