Art Director

Key Responsibilities:

• Conceptualize and execute compelling visual ideas for campaigns, branding, packaging, and digital content.
• Lead and mentor the design team, ensuring alignment with brand and strategic objectives.
• Collaborate closely with copywriters, marketing teams, clients, and vendors.
• Oversee and approve all design work before final delivery.
• Ensure a high standard of creative excellence across all touchpoints.
• Present concepts to internal teams and clients confidently and effectively.
• Manage timelines and delegate tasks to meet project deadlines.
• Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and design innovations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Minimum [X] years of experience in a senior design or art direction role
• Proven portfolio showcasing a strong eye for design across various media
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, etc.)
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills
• Ability to give and receive constructive feedback
• Experience in photography, videography, or motion graphics is a plus
