1. Demonstrated track record of acquiring and managing portfolio of High Value Entity customers.
2. Good experience in acquiring Trade Forex, EXMIN Customers.
3. Sales experience and knowledge of products like CMS, Lending, POS machines.
4. Demonstrate ability in sales planning and conceptualize promotions and marketing initiative.
5. Strong strategic ,communication and negotiation skills.
6. Sales Management, Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
7. Leadership and team management skills.
8. Process Orientations – self-discipline to adhere to laid down processes.
9. Have High integrity and professional values.
10. Have passion for selling and entrepreneurial orientation.
