Role Overview:


The ideal candidate will prospect, and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company. He will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy as directed by sales leadership team. He will be also responsible for generating new business in AP & Telangana markets.


Need an aggressive person who is a market developer & give growth in the existing market and build new market/territory for us in the two states.


Key Responsibilities


  • Developing and executing sales strategy through market analysis and other

sources of data

  • Focus on market penetration primarily through Channel sales by appointing

distributors, agents (General Trade) in the states of AP/TG

  • Further increasing the sales T/O of the company in the states by appointing new distributors and driving secondary sales
  • Drive product sales & availability through tie ups with premium

    Multi Brand

Outlets (MBOs)

  • Coordinate with Regional Sales Manager to generate and meet with prospective leads & close sales
  • Track and report all sales activities
  • Working closely with the agents/dealer/distributor of the region
  • Travelling extensively in the states of AP & TG is essential for the job


Qualifications

  • Experience generating and maintaining relationships with sales leads
  • Experience in working in either of the states of AP or TG
  • Experience in the Apparel and Fashion Industry from Channel/Distribution, MBO or Shop-in-Shop (SIS)
  • Excellent verbal communication & relationship building skills with relevant stakeholders
