Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Executive located in Patna. The Area Sales Executive will be responsible for achieving sales targets, developing and maintaining relationships with distributors and retailers, and overseeing sales operations in the assigned territory. Key tasks include market analysis, identifying new business opportunities, and implementing sales strategies. The executive will also ensure timely distribution of products, manage stock levels, and conduct promotional activities to boost sales and brand visibility. Qualifications Experience in sales, market analysis, and business development Strong relationship-building and customer service skills Knowledge of FMCG and retail distribution networks Ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proficiency in using sales and inventory management software Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Ability to work independently and manage a sales team Fluency in English and Hindi is preferred Previous experience in the food and FMCG sector is a plus Show more Show less
