Job Description: We are looking for a dynamic, results-driven, proactive, and target-oriented Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving business growth by identifying new sales opportunities, building client relationships, and promoting our architectural, construction, and interior solutions. To handle both Sales (B2B) and Digital Marketing (B2C) responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating leads from platforms like IndiaMART, Kreatecube, Just Dial engaging clients, and managing digital campaigns on social media. This is a great opportunity to work in a creative and growth-oriented environment with exposure to both client interaction and online branding.

Key Responsibilities:

•Generate and follow up on leads from platforms like IndiaMART, Kreatecube, Just Dial.

•Engage with architects, builders, property owners, and developers

•Coordinate site visits with the design team.

•Present proposals and convert leads to business

•Plan and execute Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube ad campaigns

•Create, manage, and optimize paid ad budgets and performance

•Develop content calendars and collaborate with the creative team

•Generate leads through digital channels and track performance

•Provide regular reports and ensure alignment with business goals

Requirements:

•3–5 years of experience in sales and/or digital marketing

•Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

•Experience with Facebook Ads, Instagram marketing, and YouTube promotion

•Creative mindset with an eye for design and contain and strong understanding of customer engagement

•Basic knowledge of tools like Meta Suite, Canva, or CRM systems

•Graduate in Marketing, Business, or a related field

•Willingness to travel locally for site visits

•Personal 2-wheeler vehicle with valid driving license is mandatory

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
