Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai for an Architect. The Architect will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals, managing projects from inception through completion, and ensuring the integration of architectural designs with engineering and landscape requirements. The role requires frequent engagement with clients, preparation of detailed plans, and overseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications.

Qualifications

• Proficient in Architectural Design and Architecture
• Experience in Project Management and Integration
• Knowledge of Software Development related to architectural design tools
• Excellent collaboration and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Professional degree in Architecture or a related field
• Familiarity with sustainable design practices is a plus
