As an Architect at Ravikumar and Associates (RaA), you will be responsible for designing and developing architectural plans, collaborating with a diverse team of professionals, managing projects from inception through completion, and ensuring the integration of architectural designs with engineering and landscape requirements. Your role will involve frequent engagement with clients, preparation of detailed plans, and overseeing the construction process to ensure compliance with design specifications. To excel in this full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, you should be proficient in Architectural Design and Architecture, possess experience in Project Management and Integration, and have knowledge of Software Development related to architectural design tools. Your excellent collaboration and communication skills will be essential, along with the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines. A professional degree in Architecture or a related field is required, while familiarity with sustainable design practices would be a definite plus.
