Architect

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Architect with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have strong design skills, technical proficiency, and experience in handling architectural projects from concept to completion. You will work closely with clients, consultants, and project teams to develop creative and functional architectural solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop and refine architectural designs from concept to detailed drawings. Prepare construction drawings, plans, and technical documents. Coordinate with structural, MEP, and other consultants to ensure seamless project execution. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure adherence to design intent and quality standards. Research building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards to ensure compliance. Utilize software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other design tools for documentation and visualization. Assist in project presentations, client meetings, and design discussions. Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables effectively. Support senior architects and project managers in design development and execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture. 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project execution. Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant software. Strong understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques. Ability to produce high-quality design documentation and technical drawings. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. Experience in handling residential, commercial, or institutional projects (as applicable). Knowledge of sustainable design principles and green building standards is a plus. Licensure or working towards architectural registration is preferred.
