Architect

We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Lead Architect to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading architectural design projects from concept to completion, ensuring design excellence, client satisfaction, and adherence to quality and timelines. You will work closely with clients, consultants, engineers, and project teams to deliver innovative and practical architectural solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the architectural design process for multiple projects, ensuring high-quality design output.

• Develop conceptual designs, master plans, presentations, and detailed working drawings.

• Coordinate with clients to understand requirements and provide innovative solutions.

• Manage and mentor junior architects, designers, and draftsmen.

• Liaise with consultants (MEP, structural, etc.) and contractors to ensure smooth execution.

• Ensure design compliance with codes, regulations, and client standards.

• Conduct site visits to ensure design implementation and quality control.

• Review and approve drawings, BOQs, and material specifications.

• Collaborate with project managers to ensure timely delivery and budget control.

• Prepare and present design proposals and reports to clients and stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Architecture (B.Arch / M.Arch).

• 4-5 years of relevant experience in architecture, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Photoshop, Lumion, or similar tools.

• Strong knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and detailing.

• Excellent visual and verbal communication skills.

• Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and leadership abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial, hospitality, institutional, or high-end residential projects.

• Registration with Council of Architecture (CoA).

• Understanding of sustainability practices and green building standards.
