Architect

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Architect to join our team. The Architect will be responsible for designing functional, sustainable, and aesthetically pleasing spaces, preparing plans and drawings, and coordinating with clients, consultants, and project teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized university.
• Valid COA (Council of Architecture) registration.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar.
• Strong creative and visualization skills.
• Good understanding of building materials, construction methods, and design standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage time and meet project deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop design concepts and prepare architectural drawings and plans.
• Prepare detailed working drawings, 3D models, and presentations.
• Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements and design preferences.
• Ensure designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.
• Work closely with engineers, contractors, and other consultants to integrate structural, MEP, and interior requirements.
• Visit project sites to monitor progress and ensure design execution matches approved plans.
• Revise drawings and plans based on client feedback and site conditions.
• Prepare project reports, documentation, and specifications.
• Assist in preparing cost estimates and material selections.
• Stay updated on latest trends, materials, and technologies in architecture and construction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
