Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented AR Associate to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have 0-1 years of experience.
Roles and Responsibility

Manage accounts receivable, including processing invoices, payments, and reconciliations.

Ensure accurate and timely billing to clients and resolve any discrepancies or issues.

Collaborate with the sales team to identify and address outstanding payment issues.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure prompt payment and minimize bad debt.

Analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement in the accounts receivable process.

Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors in the accounts receivable function.

Job

Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices related to accounts receivable.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong client relationships.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to analyze financial data and identify areas for improvement.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
