You will accurately define a client issue and interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: Expected to perform independently and become an SME. Required active participation/contribution in team discussions. Contribute in providing solutions to work-related problems. Provide timely and effective technical support to clients. Troubleshoot and resolve network infrastructure issues. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless system operations. Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and solutions. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Professional & Technical Skills: Must To Have Skills:Proficiency in Network Infrastructures. Good To Have Skills:Experience with Enterprise Network Operations. Strong understanding of network infrastructures and protocols. Knowledge of network security principles and best practices. Experience in configuring and maintaining network devices. Ability to troubleshoot network connectivity issues. Additional Information: The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Network Infrastructures.
