Summary:As an Application Lead, you will oversee the development and implementation of IT service management solutions using ServiceNow. Your typical day will involve collaborating with various teams to ensure that service management processes are efficient and effective, while also providing guidance and support to your team members. You will engage in problem-solving activities and contribute to strategic decisions that impact the overall service delivery framework.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Expected to be an SME.- Collaborate and manage the team to perform.- Responsible for team decisions.- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.- Facilitate training sessions to enhance team skills and knowledge.- Monitor project progress and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
