Key Responsibilities :

Project Delivery & Management:

• Plan, execute, and deliver Android projects with quality, timeline, and budget constraints.
• Manage multiple Android project teams simultaneously.
• Define and enforce project delivery frameworks and agile methodologies.

Team Leadership:

• Lead Android development teams including developers, testers, UI/UX designers, and support staff.
• Monitor and mentor team members, conduct performance reviews, and provide growth opportunities.

Client & Stakeholder Management:

• Interact with clients to understand requirements, gather feedback, and communicate project progress.
• Manage expectations, risks, and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication.

Technical Oversight:

• Provide technical guidance on Android app architecture, development best practices, and performance optimization.
• Stay updated with the latest Android development trends and tools.

Quality Assurance:

• Ensure adherence to coding standards, version control, and release management protocols.
• Collaborate with QA teams for test planning, bug tracking, and release validation.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 6+ years of experience in Android development with at least 2–3 years in a managerial/delivery lead role.
• Proficiency in Java/Kotlin, Android SDK, and mobile app development tools.
• Strong understanding of Android UI/UX guidelines, REST APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
