About the Role:

Metabu Cosmetics is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Amazon Manager to take full charge of our Amazon seller account. If you live and breathe Amazon strategies, love scaling beauty brands, and know how to turn listings into bestsellers — we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities:

Amazon Seller Central Management: Handle all aspects of the Amazon seller account, including inventory, orders, returns, performance metrics, and reporting.

Product Listings: Create, optimize, and manage high-converting product listings with effective SEO, keywords, A+ content, and creative assets.

Analytics & Growth: Track and analyze sales data, category trends, and competitor activity to develop winning strategies for revenue growth.

Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels, forecast demand, manage FBA/FBM logistics, and coordinate with our packaging and warehouse teams.

Advertising & Campaigns: Plan, launch, and optimize Amazon ad campaigns (PPC, DSP, promotions) to maximize ROI and brand visibility.

Strategy & Innovation: Implement creative sales strategies, participate in lightning deals, manage reviews/ratings, and stay ahead of Amazon’s evolving policies.

Requirements:

5+ years’ experience in managing Amazon seller accounts (beauty/cosmetics domain preferred).

Proven success in growing product sales and rankings through organic and paid strategies.

Deep knowledge of SEO, PPC, keyword tools, ASIN performance tracking, and competitor analysis.

Hands-on experience with inventory planning, FBA/FBM workflows, and A+ content creation.

Strong analytical, communication, and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and own the success of the marketplace channel.

Bonus If You Have:

Experience with tools like Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Amazon Brand Analytics.

Knowledge of marketplaces like Flipkart, Nykaa, or Purplle.

Creative input on beauty product launches and visual content.
