Job Description

Amazon Connect Developer

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop Amazon Connect contact flows, IVRs, and call routing solutions
Integrate with AWS services like Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, S3, CloudWatch, and SNS
Configure Queues, Routing Profiles, Security Profiles, Hours of Operation, Quick Connects
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize contact center performance
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end solution delivery

Required Skills:

Strong experience in Amazon Connect setup and customization
Proficiency with AWS Lambda, Lex, DynamoDB, API Gateway
Knowledge of JSON, JavaScript, and serverless architectures
Familiarity with CloudWatch logs and monitoring
Excellent understanding of call flow design and contact center best practices
