AI/ML Lead

We’re seeking an experienced AI/ML Lead to design, develop, and deploy advanced machine learning and AI solutions, including deep learning, computer vision, NLP, and generative AI. You'll work on scalable, cloud-native systems and lead the end-to-end development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and deploy ML models (Deep Learning, RL, CV, NLP, GenAI).
• Design ML architectures for native/hybrid cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Develop scalable ML services, pipelines, and APIs.
• Create demos, PoCs, and AI-driven products.
• Write functional and technical specs for ML solutions.
• Apply DevOps/MLOps practices (CI/CD, monitoring).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for innovative AI solutions.

Required Skills:

• Strong Python (R/Scala optional), SQL & NoSQL
• Expertise in TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, NumPy, Pandas
• Experience with ML algorithms: CNN, RNN, SVM, Random Forest, Q-Learning, etc.
• Hands-on with SDLC, data pipelines, and model deployment at scale
• Familiarity with frameworks like MxNet, TensorFlow, and modern ML tools

Preferred:

• MLOps/DevOps experience (CI/CD)
• Cloud ML experience (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Exposure to generative AI, transfer learning, and expert systems

Qualifications:

• B.Tech / M.Tech / Ph.D. in CS, IT, AI, or related fields
• MSc (Statistics) or MCA also considered
