About the Role

We are seeking an imaginative and technically skilled AI Video Creator to develop next-generation visual content using leading generative AI tools. This role is ideal for someone with a strong creative vision who is also fluent in the capabilities and nuances of tools like Sora, Veo 2/3, Midjourney, and preferably Hailuo. You will be responsible for conceptualizing, scripting, and producing high-impact videos that push the boundaries of storytelling, aesthetics, and AI-driven production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Create short and long-form video content using AI tools such as Sora, Veo 2/3, Stability, Midjourney, and Hailou
• Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to translate briefs into visually compelling AI-generated videos
• Experiment with multi-modal inputs (text-to-video, image-to-video, video augmentation) to explore new formats and effects
• Ensure visual consistency, brand alignment, and technical excellence across all outputs
• Stay up to date with advancements in generative video and visual AI tools to inform content innovation
• Manage and optimize rendering workflows, resolution standards, and creative iterations efficiently

Requirements

• Proven experience in video creation, animation, or motion design (portfolio/showreel required)
• Proficiency with at least three of the following AI tools: Sora, Veo 2/3, Synthesia, Midjourney, Runway
• Strong understanding of generative AI workflows, including prompt engineering and AI-assisted video production
• Excellent visual storytelling skills with a keen eye for pacing, composition, and scene continuity
• Proficiency in post-production software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent
• Experience with Hailou or similar platforms for synthetic voice/video narration
• Knowledge of 3D rendering, animation, or VFX pipelines
• Ability to write or refine prompts for visual storytelling, transitions, and scene generation
