Our in-house development team utilizes AI, IoT, and Virtual Reality to build impactful solutions that benefit both our clients and society.


Role Description

AI-native full stack developer

Vibe Coder


What You'll Do

  1. Use natural language prompts and LLM tools (Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, Replit, etc.) to generate and refine code.
  2. Build and deploy full-stack features with a modern tech stack: React / Next.js, Node.js / FastAPI, PostgreSQL / Firebase.
  3. Rapidly prototype ideas, test UX flows, and iterate on user feedback using AI-powered workflows.
  4. Own feature delivery end-to-end—from prompt to production.
  5. Collaborate with product, design, and growth teams to align on vision and functionality.
  6. Be a "vibe manager": guide the AI, shape the product, and ship with taste.


You Should Have

  1. 2–3 years of full stack development experience.
  2. Experience or interest in tools like GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Cursor, or Replit.
  3. Strong foundation in JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js or Python.
  4. Familiarity with cloud platforms like Vercel, AWS, or GCP.
  5. A mindset of iteration, exploration, and creative problem-solving.
  6. Willingness to learn, prompt, refine, and collaborate with AI in your workflow.


Bonus Points If You

  1. Have built products using AI codegen tools.
  2. Are an early adopter of AI dev environments like Cursor or Replit Ghostwriter.
  3. Care deeply about user experience, design sensibility, and fast feedback loops.
  4. Can explain why vibe coding isn’t just a shortcut—it’s a new way of building.
