About the Role

AI/ML Expert

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy ML models to

  predict product-market fit

  and customer behavior.
• Lead

  end-to-end AI projects

  : from data preparation to model evaluation and deployment.
• Use tools like

  Tensor Flow, PyTorch, Keras, Pandas

  , and

  scikit-learn

  to build and fine-tune models.
• Handle

  large datasets

  , perform data wrangling, and extract actionable insights.
• Query, manage, and maintain

  MySQL databases

  for structured data access.
• Leverage

  natural language processing (NLP)

  using Lang Chain or similar libraries.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams to align AI goals with business objectives.
• Communicate insights and model outcomes clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Stay ahead of industry trends and recommend innovative AI/ML strategies.

What We’re Looking For

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI/ML or Data Science roles.
• Strong knowledge of Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras.
• Advanced experience with Pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, and SQL (MySQL preferred).
• Experience in NLP, computer vision, or recommendation systems is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master’s in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or related field.
