This role will focus on designing, developing, and deploying intelligent AI flows across real-world modules like Credit Booster, SIP Planner, and Fraud Shield.You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs, RAG pipelines, and neural architectures into a production-grade, protocol-governed financial platform for Bharat.🧠 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign & deploy ML/LLM models, pipelines, and agent workflowsBuild real-time explainable AI logic for core financial modulesImplement vector-based memory and retrieval systems (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS)Integrate APIs with OpenAI, Gemini, HuggingFace, etc.Collaborate with frontend/backend teams to productionize modelsMonitor performance, tune models, and ensure robustness✅ QualificationsStrong foundation in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, and LLMsProficient in Python (TensorFlow, PyTorch, HuggingFace, FastAPI)Experience with vector DBs (Pinecone, ChromaDB) and RAG pipelinesHands-on with tools like LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or OllamaUnderstanding of statistics, model evaluation, and fallback logicExcellent problem-solving and critical thinking skillsPrior exposure to FinTech, NLP, or AI governance is a plusComfortable in a startup + hybrid work culture🏆 PerksWork with IIT Bombay alumni & cutting-edge AI stackShape India’s AI Financial OS from Day 0Get showcased at Global FinTech Fest 2025PPO potential, ESOP track, and national-scale impact
