AI Lead – Strategic AI Innovation (AEC Domain Focus)

We’re looking for a hands-on and visionary AI Lead to spearhead our AI initiatives across domains like NLP, computer vision, generative AI, recommendation systems, and predictive analytics. You’ll lead a focused team (Data Scientist, ML Engineer, Intern) and be directly involved in building, deploying, and integrating AI solutions into real-world AEC workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead AI strategy, research, and deployment aligned with business goals
• Build models for NLP, CV, generative AI, and intelligent automation
• Collaborate cross-functionally to embed AI into products and operations
• Mentor a small AI/ML team
• Ensure ethical AI practices and data governance compliance

Required Skills & Experience

Education:

• BE/BTech or ME/MTech in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or related field
• Certifications in AI/ML, cloud AI platforms, or responsible AI practices (preferred)

Technical Skills:

• 4–5 years in AI/ML roles with strong Python skills
• Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, OpenCV, and NLP tools
• Knowledge of FastAPI/Flask, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
• Proficiency in Pandas, NumPy, SQL, and visualization tools
• Exposure to AEC/design domains is a plus
• Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases; BI tools like Power BI or Tableau
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
