Implementation and testing of GenAI solutions for Exotel’s customers
● Liaise with pre-sales teams and customers for understanding of requirements and timelines
● Liaise with product team to understand the product to ensure efficient implementation as well as
to suggest product improvements
● Liaise with support teams for ensuring adherence to committed SLAs
Must Haves
● Good in coding (Preferably Python) and DSA
● Familiarity with React, HTML, CSS, JS or similar frameworks
● Familiarity with HTTP, REST, microservices, concurrency and Multithreading
● Experience working with Linux OS, TCP/IP networks, Database, Queues, caching
● Good problem solving and communication skills
● Willingness to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
● 2-4 years of experience with a Bachelor / Master's Degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
● Ownership and commitment towards work
Good-to-haves
● Experience with Gen-AI technologies (LLM prompt engineering)
